Apostille Processing Services
We provide Apostille processing services, an essential form of authenticating the legitimacy of documents for international use to be used in countries that are part of the Hague Convention of 1961. Fees may vary upon full review of your package. Apostille Service fee starts at $375 for standard processing and delivery to the WI Secretary of State’s Office (4-14 business days), and includes: Travel, 1 document, and 1 notarization. Additional document fee is $10 (standard)/$35 per document (expedited). Additional notarization fee is $5/document. Urgent expedited service fee is an additional $150 and may take up to 3 business days.
Estate Planning
We specialize in notarizing estate planning documents and ensure that your documents are legally sound, properly executed, and handled with the utmost care. Here are some of the types of documents included: Beneficiary Designations, Financial Documents, Guardianship Agreements, Health Care Directives, Power of Attorney, Property Deeds, Trusts, Wills, and more. This appointment can last up to an hour and is $150 (travel within 20 miles, and notarization of 1 document included). We can provide the required witnesses for your appointment if necessary for an additional $25 each.
General Notary
This service covers a wide range of general documents that require notarization, such as Acknowledgments, Affidavits, contracts and agreements, business verifications, Power of Attorney, Consent, Bills of Sale, school documents, medical documents, immigration documents, and more. This appointment can last up to 30 minutes and starts at $30, which includes travel and 1 notarization. Additional notarizations are $5 each.
I9 Employment Verification
Ensuring adherence to employment regulations is essential for your organization. Our I-9 Employment Verification service facilitates this mandatory process by supporting employers and employees in accurately completing and verifying Form I-9, thereby ensuring a thorough and compliant verification process. You can conveniently schedule your appointment through our online booking system. This appointment lasts under 30 minutes and is $65.
Real Estate Closings – Loan Documents
This specialized service assists with a variety of real estate documents that require notarization for authenticity, and legal validity such as deeds, mortgages, lease agreements, and more. This appointment typically lasts 1 hour and is $225.
