How we work together: Coaching is customized to meet your needs. To gain the most value, and effectiveness, a four-month minimum coaching relationship is required. I do coach executive assistants beyond this period. 1:1 sessions occur once a month for one-hour, virtually or in-person if local, including email support during the month.
