Congratulations to our former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama for being named ‘Most Admired Woman’ of 2018.
Gallup posed the question “What woman that you have heard or read about, living today in any part of the world, do you admire most?”. Beating out former First Lady and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton who has held the title 22 times. Oprah Winfrey, Queen Elizabeth, Beyonce Knowles-Carter, and more have appeared on the list.
Mrs. Obama joins the annual most admired ranking, along with her husband, former President Barack Obama who has been named ‘Most Admired Man’ since 2008. This is no surprise as many still wish that they were in the White House today.
I must say that I have not been able to put down the bestselling memoir Becoming, and I look forward to meeting her on her book tour!
